Timeline

Yes, taken that the Police Clearance Certificate be processed by a relative or a friend in Qatar on your behalf. I did not chose the WExpress as it may take longer time to get the certificate, even the WExpress staff suggested to send my docs to a friend instead, so I did, twice already since its validity is only 6 months. You can check the post below which has been very reliable, I followed all the steps and opted for sending my docs to a friend in Doha thru DHL. Also, please know that effective this year there is a process now to schedule DFA Authentication/Apostille for SPA and no walk ins will be accepted unlike before, better to check their website for proper guidance.
