I filed N-400  at Dallas, TX  in  August 2020 , my N400  process still going on. I am moving to LosAngeles due to job change.  Can I change the address in USCIS or  can I continue in the Dallas center.  Which process center is  fast  either Dallas,TX or LosAngeles,CA .

You would have to file an AR-11 to let USCIS know you are moving, and also change your drivers license, mailing address etc to Los Angeles. You may also find moving prompts some action on your case, it did in my situation.

Los Angeles office is currently faster than Dallas anyway.
