Changing Last Name on the Green Card

Hello all,

I hope that someone can help me.  My wife is a Filipino and we are in a same sex marriage.  I need to fill out the I-751 to do ROC so we can get our 10 year green card.  However, we have begun to change her last name to mine. It has been changed at social security already.  We need to change it on the green card.  How do we go about doing this? Can I just fill out the I-751 with her new last name and put her old last name as other names used?  We will not be able to change her name on her Filipino passport because gay marriage is not recognized in the Philippines.  I don't know if this is a problem or not.

Do I need to fill out any more forms?  Do I need to fill out the I-90 and send it with my I-751?  Do I need to pay the $455 for I-90 and the $455 + $85 for the I-751?

Appreciate any advice that can be given.

Thanks!

1. Yes, just fill out the I-751 and put her old last name as other names

2. Philippine passport is not a problem as well. Just use whatever name she have  on her passport if she's flying to the Philippines.

3. No need to fill out other forms.
