Do the USCIS still approve cases on the weekends, really need my EAD application to be accepted soon as I have a job starting on 23rd July!

Just want to know if its worth checking my email through the weekend :blink:

AOS and EAD Timeline

First Application rejected due to them not receiving $70 for Biometrics, even though I had a receipt from them :-(

NOA1 - 10/01/2007

Biometrics - Middle of October, don't have exact date sorry

I-485 and I-765 Touched - 10/23/2007

EAD Approved - 10/27/2007

Nothing Since

stranger things have happened... so, yes, keep checking the email ;) . I have heard of approval notices sent on weekends. Wish ours was in the inbox tomorrow! :yes:

I've heard of people getting emails on Sundays. I received my travel authorization email very late at night on a weekday... it must have been after midnight. I think some emails are automated. Keep checking every day and best of luck :)
