i129f Packet Assembly by Binder OK?

As title says, I am starting to compile my documents to assemble the k1 129f packet. But what is best way to submit? I took example on this youtuber below (1) which is a classic binder format with tabs. I saw that some say this isnt right because its hard for auditor to remove items ? (its a simple remove from cover sleeve)  and some say yes, which is correct? can you advise?

you can find USCIS tells you how to submit and it clearly says no binders

Instead of relying on very unreliable and unofficial sources, you should read instructions on the official USCIS website. This also goes for your previous post about what documents are needed. Everything is in the official instructions. YouTube is the worst place to look for immigration advice.

I can clearly read what's said on uscis site. I am also new in filling and also seeing examples form youtube who has use this binder and passed. And no I don't think youtube is good or bad for examples, hence why I am on here to further research.
 

I am looking for advice from people who have went through already to advise. No need to state the obvious as everyone at one point was in my shoe with many questions.

So you would rather rely on YouTube but not on USCIS instructions. Ok gotcha. There’s nothing wrong with asking a lot of questions but this isn’t the first time people on here mentioned how important it is to read though USCIS instructions. And FYI all of us here including me have gone though this process so we’re giving very valuable advice. And yes from experience, YouTube is the worst.

youtube  and facebook and asking a friend are all unreliable 

forget all those and rely on USCIS

So if you can clearly read the USCIS instructions, what made you think binders are okay? Their instructions specifically state they do not want binders. That does not mean that you will immediately get denied if you send a binder, but it will just cause a lot of extra work for the person processing your application. So why don't you just try to make their job as easy as possible, and do exactly what @JeanneAdil has listed above?

 

And I agree, YouTube is the worst source of immigration information.

Please use the USCIS.gov instructions, not YouTube.

 

Why would you want to make it harder for them to process your petition?

Honestly, I really don't know. At this point as I read, I am guessing they will pull these paperwork apart to scan or etc, so I guess paper clips and fastener to hold the sections with color tabs to identify which is content, this should work?

They absolutely pull it apart and reassemble it to their liking.  Paper clips are best, or a large binder clip.  The color tabs may just get in the way.

It really isn't very complicated. USCIS describes exactly what they do and don't want you to do: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/form-filing-tips.

thank you, I was just not sure as there were people doing binder, and also some doing hole punch and fastner on youtube and they seem to have been approved. Then I read on USCIS "No binder" so hence my posting. I am new, and also step 1 in this journey, so rather ask the vets here on visa journey for reference to maybe their own way of doing things.

Like I said, you won't get an immediate denial if you use a binder, but why would you not provide the packet the way they prefer to have it? The guidelines from USCIS are very clear; just compile the packet they like to see it.

 

And again, YouTube is not a great source of information when it comes to immigration. Anyone can create a video. Stick to official USCIS instructions; they are usually very clear. All forms also come with instructions; make sure to download those and read them.
