You still need to wait for your documents to be reviewed and your case to be documentarily qualified (DQ) by NVC.  Until you get that DQ email notification from NVC, you are not in line to be scheduled for interview.  Based on the timeframes posted by NVC, it seems like you may have to wait around 2 months before you can get DQ -- https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html

Current case review time: As of 9-AUG-2021, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 11-JUN-2021.

Thank you for the information that you have given, that really helps me understand what is actually I'm waiting for. Hopefully it won't take longer than 2 months as I have researched about the unpredictable waiting time, some had 2 weeks and some others had 6 months before they got DQed and I guess it depends on the country where we applied for the visa.

If you go through the posts in the thread below, it seems consistent that the only cases that get DQ are those with 1st or 2nd submission date on or before NVC's published review date.  It's not a 2-weeek to 6-month variance.  Since May 2021, members have reported getting DQ within 4 to 8 weeks.  Since July, it's been closer to 8 weeks.

Also, the wait time from document submission up to DQ doesn't depend on the beneficiary's country, as the profiles of the members in that thread show.  It is only at the scheduling of interview after DQ where the backlog in the embassy/consulate definitely plays a major part.
