Hi,

I submitted an I-129F for my fiance and I and received NOA1, but I am worried about an infraction for possessing cannabis in 2020. In my state it is non-criminal and is only an infraction/fine. I tried calling the court that served me the ticket for a copy because I didn't have a copy and they said they had no record. I still listed it on the form because I know it's there. I know that cannabis is still illegal on a federal level, and I was wondering if that would result in rejection. Any info would be appreciated , thanks!

Not likely to be a cause for rejection/denial.  You disclosed it and the penalty just entailed a fine.  You should still prepare for additional scrutiny, possibly leading to longer petition processing time.  Make sure your fiance is aware of the details of your case as it may come up during the visa interview.
