Do I need to write my name and USCIS number on every page?

I am assembling my file, and I was wondering if I have to write my name and USCIS number on every evidence page? Thank you for your help!

It is not required.  But we did it anyway!

Never header of that for evidence. The only case u need to do it as far as I know if you don't fit into the extra space provided on the actual petition. If you read the instructions for the form it will tell you what to write on if u need to supplement the form itself.

Once I had all the pages prepared for the submission, I flipped the whole stack over and printed my husband’s name and A-number in light grey ink (so it didn’t show through) on the back of the pages, just in case a page were to slide out and fall on the floor or something, they would know whose file to return it to.

That's what I thought too, but I read another post here and got confused. Thanks for helping!
