Hello all.

I hope someone will be able to guide me to the right direction.

I’m a USC and  planning to file I-130 for my sister.

she is Married with kids. From reading online I don’t have to file I130 for her husbands and kids separately, I have to only file for her.
do I include only her birth certificate with translation ? Or I have to include for her husbands and kids too?

thank you in advance

Follow the USCIS guidelines

understand that the process will take years

It is typically at least ten years for people from most countries. Also, because per-country limits apply as well, applicants from certain countries, namely Mexico, India, and the Philippines, typically wait even longer, sometimes up to 25 years.  from alllaw.com

Thank you for your reply. I already read that and I’m aware of that part but That’s not what I’m asking.
I’m asking if I need to include her husband’s and her kid’s birth certificate.

You need to send in your sister's birth certificate with the I-130.  You do not need to include her husband and kids' birth certificates.  Those will not be needed for many years.

Thank u aaron2020 as i was reading thru I 130 insturcitons and all i can find is the sibling's birth certificate is needed to show a common parent but nothing about her husband and kids except the 1 I30 covers all and they need to be listed on the petition

4. If the beneficiary qualifies under Items 1.C., 1.D., or 1.E. above, you are not required to file separate petitions for the beneficiary’s spouse or unmarried children under 21 years of age. They are considered derivative beneficiaries and you should list them in Part 4. of this petition.

Unfortunately, sometimes people who ask a question about sibling petitions don't realize that the process can take 15-20 years.  I'm happy you already knew that.  However, someone who is less knowledgeable, might read this thread, too.  Good luck.  Immigration is a world of its own.

Husband only matters when the visa is current, ditto and children that have not aged out.
