NVC delay process/Review documents at NVC

Hi Everyone,

I am from Pakistan. I had resubmitted my some documents on 18-19 july and then on 3 august another document and my all other documents are already been accepted.

Can any guide me that how much time does NVC take maximum and minimum to give me response?

The processing/review dates are posted on the website (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html) and usually updated weekly on Monday. Technically, NVC go by your last submission date (3 August) however they seem to have reviewed mine based on the earliest submission/resubmission date. In my case it was only the difference of a few days though so maybe that's why. 

 

Current case review time: As of 2-AUG-2021, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 9-JUN-2021.

@EKT sorry for being late to say thank you for your guidance. 

I just need to know that anytime if I resubmitted my documents to NVC I have to stay in line to get my turn to get response on my documents?

Yes, with new submissions, you go back into the queue.
