The first thing you need to consider is if your fiance would even be able to leave the Philippines. It's not simple. I believe that they now require a CFO. If they are fairly young and never traveled before it will be very difficult if not impossible for them to even leave the Philippines.

"Half clad Filipinas"? Most are very conservative in the way they dress.

very familiar with filipinas getting offloaded for no CFO......i was unaware that CFO is so hard to obtain.....i was under impression that many tried getting CFO last minute

but i also read stories that girls offloaded because IO would think they are being trafficked, possibly looking for bribe or one said she didnt approve of filipinas having foreigner boyfriends and IO has power to do whatever they want depending on their mood.........but these are just stories i read

and yeah my girl and her whole family wear shorts half shirts and flip-flops year round......in the eyes of muslims and other abrahamic religions including many jews and christians it might as well be naked.........i know nothing of indonesia but i wouldnt want no saudi type stoning happening.....but truthfully i would just buy her long clothes if bali my only choice

the ONLY abrahamic religion that makes any sense is satanism.......i should give that one a try lol

anyways........is 32 considered fairly young? and her only travel has been plane to and from manila/davao 3 times to meet up with me....would local travel be considered as travel history????

It is not international travel so it would not be considered.

Earlier in this very thread I down talked Thailand, but in the months since that time circumstances have changed and Thailand is looking like a much better option than it previously was.  There is still some formalities but the Thai side of things are much more doable now for Filipinas and Americans.
