Yes, we scheduled our interview. Our Packet 3 came extremely fast but I believe that’s because my fiancée now lives in Poland (and even has quasi-Polish residency). Everyone I know with permanent addresses in Russia and Belarus get their Packet 3s very late. Even though it’s via email, so that shouldn’t matter; we were very blessed.

Visa IR5. Our parents over 80 years old with the fragile health condition. We asked  nvc for expedited case, they send our request to Poland embassy and they rejected.
Does anyone know if it is possible to dispute or re-request an expedite case?
Thank you 🙏🏻

Question: does Warsaw still require birth certificates to be translated from Russian to English, or has this been changed with the amount of people coming from R/U/B? Second - does the I-134 need to be original (that is, wet ink signature)? Thanks!

As far as I know, 134 form must be original,  the birth certificate and divorce certificate and English translation should be included from your package 3. when is your interview date? I am planning for a meet, either in Italy if they can get multiple entry visas, or in Istanbul or Moscow if they can only get single entry Schengen visas

Thank you! Yes Packet 3 said original I-134 and mentioned the birth certificate had to be a notarized translation. I wasn’t aware of those two qualifications, hmm.

And our interview is July 13th, like I said we got through NVC and received Packet 3 very quickly.

Wow that’s very lucky, when did you schedule your interview date? I heard the available interviews dates are only in November already

Anyone here know how long to expect for a packet 3 if the fiance's address is still listed as in Russia?

Same question, my fiancée is in belgorod and I hope that won’t affect the delivery

My situation with my Russian daughter is a bit different but related, in that I need to get her a Schengen visa (for Finland).  If I understand it correctly, she will need travel insurance.  I can't find where to get the travel insurance for the duration of her stay.

Does anyone have a link to where to buy the travel insurance that is required for a Russian to apply for a Schengen visa?

Thanks!

PS - I would prefer a response from someone who has actually purchased it.  I'm googling various websites and some have taken "Russia" off the list of countries because as you know the citizens themselves are responsible for the military exercise so we must cancel all Russians and everything Russian (I'm being sarcastic)!
