Yes it is the I-601 inadmissible.

Do you know if the waiver and the waiver fee needs to be sent by my petitioner or me? I remember that USCIS does not take money from a non USA account. And the waiver instructions says if you are using US postal. I am thinking my petitioner needs to send it to them.

@mam521 Oh yes you're right. I remember I didn't provide any PCC to USCIS when I processed my I-485 for the I-130 F2b petition of my dad while I was on H1B visa

This post gives me hope that maybe tomorrow they would send  IL.

This post should give you the opposite of hope lol this is their way of telling us to shut up and stop whining.

The good news is that we are actually starting to apply enough pressure that they actually respond. Please (removed) like comments that are there if you don't want to post.

Also I got my letter from the RCMP today with my new certificate. It took 15 days :)

Me too, I am praying and sending out positive vibes for all of us. I was DQ’d at the beginning of October so I wasn’t even sure if I’d make it into the group sent out this month originally, and at this point I’m not expecting it at all but I just hope some of y’all get IL’s for interviews in June. We’ve been through enough waiting.

Hey everyone.

so finally, 688 days after submitting our I-130 and after 30 days of administrative processing following my interview, my case status changed to issued this morning! So happy to finally be done!

That is awesome.  Congrats

15 calendar days yes, so I was including the weekend. So it seems that they're doing okay at the RCMP for their stuff!

If they don't send letters tomorrow I'm going to just assume June is a write-off and start hoping for a July interview. :(

I've felt June was a write-off since Tuesday.

I'm not sure, but I was looking the spread sheet and saw those who got DQ'd in May'19 received their IL in Jan 18 and had Interview date Feb 1 w/c is only about 2 weeks apart. I think even they send IL next week and they can still set Interview date in 2nd/3rd/or last week of June.
