Hopefully. Although they processed the highest number of cases these past few months while Mtr was on lockdown, so I am not sure if loosening restrictions will be key. I see my fellow VJ members still didnt get IL this month 😟 Ive been thinking about you all.

And another day without news ! I refresh this forum 10x a day from 10-5 EST. And will until Friday next week... This is nerve wrecking 😅

Yup. EST is 3 hours ahead of me, and I always feel so disappointed when I wake up with no emails, but I'm still refreshing all day until 2pm

Back when they were interviewing July/August CR/IR they gave an update to lawyers they were interviewing May 2020. I think they publish the safest range that will not require them to clarify or push forward more on.

That seems an odd way to improve trust and transparency in the process.

@NimF Thanks!

It's kinda odd that some people on the excel sheet DQ'ed in earler september, 2020 already had their interview letters/interviews by now. However, the video and the consulate website indicates that they're currently scheduling interview for cases that DQ'ed from July - August 2020.

Right?! That's what I said as well. She may have been talking about K1s? IDK

The lady on the video was referring to the Immediate Relative category which includes CR1/IR1. On the video she said "MOST immediate relative cases we are interviewing this Month were DQ'd and ready for scheduling in July or August of 2020," which is accurate from my perspective. They just didn't go into the minutia of the dates...

Hey! I am a CR1. My status didn't change because I crossed before my 2 year anniversary. My point of entry was Detroit-Windsor (Ambassador Bridge)
