Congratulations to all the people that received the ILs!
I was DQed on March 12 but I have not received it. I see that some people DQed on March 15 received it.

Should I be worried ? :(

I'm the guy with March 15th and interview on Nov 1st. My date might actually be March 12th as well. I'm not 100% sure I put the dates in correctly. That said, it's for my wife and two children, so maybe it's a little different if they are conducting one interview for three people.

The date of DQ would be on your CEAC portal; It’s the date you receive the DQ message there.

Appreciate it if you could check it and report, so we can know the actual cut off.

I might be wrong, but I think the person who was March 15 maybe was expedited or something weird. Because if you look at the actual interview dates, theirs is Nov 1, wheras the March 10 DQs are Nov 29. So i think the actual cut off date was March 10. Plus there seems to be a few of you guys who have march 12, so I dont think you should worry.

edit: oh I see he replied above me lol. its all good!

Sorry to hear this.

As @Colorado bound said, their DQ date maybe wrong.

But, it has happened before where people were skipped over by Montreal.

I would email Montreal consulate, as there is a chance you qualify for an expedite (if it was indeed an error on MTL’s fault). This would atleast ensure you would get an interview first thing the following month.

Got my IL! Interview date Nov 18, DQ'd Feb 21.

I tried to register for the courier but I got an error saying my case number is not ready for an appointment. Has anyone else gotten this error?

Hi! I got this error + so did someone else.

I believe the system takes awhile to update! (I’ve seen this happen on the forum a few times now!) I plan on trying again in an hour or so :)

Don’t think they were expedited.

This happened last month as well. They squeezed in Dec 3 DQs for interviews in the beginning of October, while late Nov DQs got dates in late October.

I think they fill up the slots chronologically, and then realising they have some empty slots on the first slot of the month (which may usually be reserved for expedites/ cancelled interviews), squeeze in some more.

Yes, this is common. May take up to 24 hours to update.

Looks like our hunch of there being very few DQs Nov onwards was spot on. I have a feeling it goes up in March/ April. But we will see.

I am May 19 DQ and feeling optimistic about receiving interview letters next month.

Very happy for everyone who received ILs. Wish you all on the spot approvals.

It's March 15th.

As I said, this is for three people including two minor children if that helps.

No it wasn't expedited.

Btw London also sent out ILs last night. It’s incredible how their backlog has reduced to nothing. They actually issued ILs to Oct 2021 DQs

No it wasn't expedited.

Having multiple people makes no difference.
