Does anyone have an idea as to when the next round of interview letters will be sent out for interviews in Montreal? We have been documentarily qualified for 282 days.

I merged your questing to the existing thread in the Canada Forum. You posted in Adjustment of Status from Tourist Visas Progress Report. You would not get much help there lol

Impossible to know, really. Best guess would be next week Friday (August 13) but the consulate isn't exactly consistent about releasing the interview schedule.

Based on the spreadsheet, I'd say it's close to 50-50 as to whether or not you will be included in the next round of interviews (the color blocks are estimates), but either way if you follow this thread everyone posts when they receive their interview letter so you'll find out when they go out.

Did you get a negative covid test to present to the airline?

Yes, an antigenic one. I flew American Airlines, and you can upload it on their app Verifly.

Odd, this thread lost all of it's followers. @Ontarkie do you know if this is a VJ issue?

I am not a lawyer and nothing I say is or should be taken as legal advice.

Oh no, it must have happened when I merged the comment. Not sure if I can fix that but I will mention it to Captain Ewok in case it is a VJ issue.

Hey everyone, I'm coming back to Canada and remember reading here that the best COVID-19 test to get was the Walgreens ID NOW NAAT one. I can't find the exact post so was wondering if anyone else did this or suggest another? I'm so nervous about not getting the right test!

Yo, that was me. And yes, I used the Walgreens NAAT ID Now test to re-enter Canada. As you can see here, it's on the acceptable list of tests:https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/flying-canada-checklist/covid-19-testing-travellers-coming-into-canada - It's much better than the PCR test as the results are generally guaranteed within 24 hours, I got mine back in 2!
