I am 6 months pregnant and the delivery is possible in the start of December. According to the speed of the interviews being conducted it is estimated that my interview will be scheduled either by end of October of start of November. In such case in wont be allowed to fly US as doctors wont allow to fly at that time.
1. What will be the process if the baby is born here?
2. How much time does the process of baby takes?
3. I have heard that after the interview you have 6 months to travel to US. If the baby is born in December will I have enough time for the baby's process to be completed within the 6 months travel limit?
4. What if during the baby's process the time period in which I should travel exceeds?
5. What other process or forms should I look for?

You won’t have visa before 2022.

For the baby, it’s CRBA (consular report of birth abroad) and US passport application. Your husband should look up the info on Islamabad embassy website under US citizen services.
After you give birth and get the local birth certificate your husband/you then schedule an appointment for CRBA. Baby needs to attend the appointment as well.

Has your husband spent 5 years or more being physically present in the US, with at least 2 of those years after age 14?  If so, you may apply for Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) for your baby.  The timeline for the CRBA process will depend on the consulate.  You may apply at the consulate nearest you -- Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad.  Check here for more info -- https://pk.usembassy.gov/crba/

The deadline is (usually) 6 months from the date of your visa medical exam, not the interview date.  The actual date will be listed on the visa itself.  If you get an interview schedule and you know you won't be ready to travel within a few months of that, you may request for your interview to be re-scheduled.

The CRBA process how long does this take ?

You'll need to ask the American Citizens Services (ACS) unit at your chosen consulate -- https://pk.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/

Your child will be a dual citizen.  US citizen through the dad (CRBA, as others have mentioned), and Pakistani based on being born in Pakistan.

Since the child will have a CRBA, the child will just travel on a US passport
