Different Status After I-485 & I-765 Biometric

Hi Guys..

 

I just got my biometric done on 08/03. Around 10 minutes after it done, I tried to check my status and it's mentioning "Case is Actively Being Reviewed by USCIS" instead of "Fingerprint Was Taken" . 

 

I read most of people got their case changed into "Fingerprint was taken".

 

Do you guys know why mine is different ? And what does it mean ?

I received the same update after my biometrics and nothing more. Some people got their EAD approved in like 2 weeks after they got "Actively reviewing case" status. They didn't get the normal "finger print has been taken" message. So keep your arms crossed. 

 

My bio was on 08/04.

Have you seen any chances since then? We also have this status since 8/30 when my husband did his fingerprints.

We are on the same boat … we still have the same status since 08/30.
