Change interview location after DQ

If I understood correctly this AP process would be same whether I am interviewed at Islamabad or Singapore because of the way Pakistan handles the criminal records. It shouldn’t add up time if I apply from Singapore or reduce it if I apply from Pakistan.
If that’s true then let’s say AP takes 3 months and if it is after the interview, I should be able to save the time before the interview call.

In general, Singapore embassy processes visit visa in less than 24 hours after interview and you can also get interview call within 2,3 days, whereas it can take weeks or sometimes months in Islamabad.
