Hi fellow filers,   this thread should serve to keep track of those who have just submitted all documents (affidavit of support & civil documents) on CEAC and are waiting to get document

Looks like an early July submission as reviewed and DQ'd today, so updating here for others with a  July submission date to see and hopefully other to post in as their reviews come in.

  • 08 Dec 2021: NVC - DQ (Documentarily Qualified)
  • 30 Dec 2021: NVC - Interview email (Interview on 13th Jan)
  • 13 Jan 2022: London Embassy - Interview; approved pending arrival of Medical results - case status 'Refused'
  • 14 Jan 2022: Case Status 'Administrative Processing'
  • 18 Jan 2022: Case Status 'Issued'
  • 20 Jan 2022: Passport with visa collected in person
  • 14 Feb 2022: Enter USA via Dulles, airport
  • 29 Apr 2022: Green Card received in Post

Thank you! Just the thought of having to wait another 2 months is frustrating. They need to not make people wait for that long

Question! I resubmitted some documents and it is still saying July 26th and not October 8th. Anyone got the same thing?

It doesn't  matter. Same happened to me. Don't forget to click the submit button at the very end

Yes it says submitted. Am I good. And how will they know what date we submitted if it is still showing July submission?

I submitted July 29th and asked for an expedite the next day 🤣🤣🤣 I hope that didn’t set me back. I got the denial at the end of September.

Remember, all other reviewed documents have either accepted or invalid on the side. But this will only show submitted 

 

Besides, it's their job, u can't know it better than them..lol

No news yet from NVC...  Needless to say things are moving very slowly. Submission date for us was 31 July so hopefully we won't have to wait too much longer.
