last submission was June 10th (we forgot W2 for 2020)

Anyone ideas how long Frankfurt takes to schedule interviews at thee moment?

Please did NVC gave you a RFE to resubmit the W2 or you just decided to add. If you just decided was the 2 months DQ changed to the last day of submission?

You always have to add the current processing time to the last day you submitted something. It doesn't matter whether you decided to upload a missing document on your own or NVC told you to do so.

Ok but what if the last submission was an additional documents not required. Will the last day be based on the required submission or  date of additional documents I mean I decided to add a document. I initially submitted on 30th August and added a document on 13th September so please when is my submission date?

i believe it doesn't matter which type of document it is, when you last hit submit that's the date you now work with as your submission date, so for you it's probably going to be 13th Sep.

We short a RFE for the missing W2 and had to wait another 2 months after submitting them to get DQ.

NVC submitted 19 Jul 2021 - Received email noting Documentarily Qualified 20 Sep 2021.

No RFEs.

Note: This is for IR-1 visa.  My account here is from our K-1 visa which we used to marry in USA before moving to Thailand.

when you have to re-submit documents you go back to the end of the queue. the date that you  submit the new documents becomes your new submission date and you then have to wait the same period as if you just submitted from new.

Wow but NVC timeframes say 8th July. Does it mean it’s not accurate

a little bit of positive news, we have a member here reporting their 28th July submission was reviewed today.

Note that the NVC will probably still be working on many cases before this date, as this is way ahead of their official date, take this as a guide only.
