We got the letter too! So happy! Now I just have to get the medical done ASAP 😄

Current case review time: As of 30-AUG-2021, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 23-JUN-2021.


Today's NVC update is progress but not at far as some of may have been hoping.

We had our documents reviewed today, our submission date was 8th July.

 

We have been asked to provide additional documents:

-2020 W2s for petitioner (non available as foreign earned) and joint sponsor (retired) 

-divorce decree for Petitioner previous marriage

Thank you for letting us know! I hope NVC will pick up its speed from the spring/early summer time again, so you won’t have to wait so long.

I posted NVC send on June 20th, then uploaded the document attachment again on August 22nd and now it's quiet.  it will be three months soon.  please write who has what terms NVC?
