I'm still confused on how the consulate is gonna send an E-mail to the beneficiary if there wasn't any place to fill the beneficiary email on the I-129F form.  Do I need to send and email to the consulate?

It probably wouldn’t hurt to send an email, that way they can directly send it to you instead of the petitioner. That’s what I did.

How would I do that? (I'm the beneficiary) Do I need to inform the case number/in voice number, then full name and the type of visa and then that's it? And what would the subject line be?

As far as I know and based on my experience, the embassy will send an email to Petitioner to confirm about the case and asking about Beneficiary contact (name, address, phone number and email). Then later the embassy will send an email to Beneficiary regarding to docs needed (P3).

Also for interview date, when I asked other beneficiary from Indonesia ( same country as mine), they usually get the interview date from the embassy (P4) after the beneficiary reply P3 to inform that they already finish the medical exam and other docs are completed.

I applied for K1 visa and I filled out the DS160 and sent them the checklist (the Montreal IV email) and they emailed me back. They picked the date for me and scheduled it in. They at least gave me a 2 month notice (received the date via email in May and got interview in July) (I’m also the beneficiary)
