Biometrics appointment done! Case is “Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS”. How long after biometrics is EAD/AP approved? Does that also depend on our LFO?

Hi all 🙂

Extremely late to this thread, but thought I'd join.

NOA1: 08/16/2021

Local office: Raleigh, NC

Haven't received a bio appointment yet. Also I'm in the same boat as some of you where documents are missing on my account. Everything is there, apart from my I-864.

Same question here!

I got my bio done on 22nd Sept and status changed to "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS" for EAD and I-485. I spoke to some people who have the same field office and they told me that EAD took 8 months from date of filing and GC interview 11-12 months from date of filing. Now I'm thinking that a major part of these 8/12 months was just waiting to be done with the biometric. So maybe we move a bit fast now?

I'm at Newark NJ. Adjusting from K1.

I received my paper notice of action today and noticed that the USCIS alien number is blank. My receipt numbers are IOE*. Is anyone else having alien number blank too?

I had a OPT A number but I guess they will generate a new one.

Is your A-number blank for all receipts, including I-485?
OPT A-numbers are non-immigrant A-numbers based on what I've read on other forums. I have a prior immigrant A-number and the same shows up on my I-485, I-131, and I-765 NOA1s. My receipt numbers are also IOE*.
