Just checked USCIS today and we got a notice for our interview today! The notice itself wasn't posted so we don't know the date yet but we're excited nonetheless. 😊

We had an RFE for it back in October and only after checking the site were we notified. A month had passed so we possibly could have had an interview sooner. Nothing still has come in the mail.

No word yet on the I-765 or the I-131. Looks like we may not even need the I-131 after all.

You can request the interview date and time on USCIS's website via emma. Just say "live agent" then "greencard" when you're prompted.

We got our interview notice Jan. 4, mail still hasn't arrived. 😪

It may be normal. That's the same position we are in.

I think that's the current trend. I've seen a lot of folks get the greencard before EAD and AP. Congrats on interview!

Hi all, I had my biometrics appointment September 23rd 2021 and  put in an EAD expedite request on January 11th 2022 over the phone and got a service item number from the agent who said I would hear back from my local field office in 7 business days. There's been nothing so far from them. I've tried calling USCIS this week but the agents I got through to have been unhelpful. How can I query the status of the expedite? Can I use Emma? Thanks!

For those who have received their EAD/AP, would you say the VJ timeline to get adjudicated is accurate?

According to VJ, our EAD should be adjudicated between Feb. 6-24. AP is Feb. 15-22. Only update for EAD was our biometrics in August, and AP has been quiet since submission.

I'm a little cautious with timelines these days just because anything can happen to throw off these dates, like the CO getting ill and being out. We've our AOS interview tomorrow, so I'm anticipating and hoping, frankly, that we just going straight to greencard.

Congrats & good luck on your interview! 😊the processing time for my field office is at least 25 months. That’s why I was hoping the VJ timeline was somewhat accurate being that ours says we should get the EAD on Feb.26-March9.

If it's any consolation, our field office was 10-12 months, and we got through on 6 months to interview.

I hope yours moves quickly. I can't imagine over 2 years in this process. But I think if it goes that long to get your green card, you can go right to the 10year.
