Hi

I am in EB1 category as well. I have become DQ in Aug 2021. Is it a correct understanding that now we have to wait for the embassy to give out a date for interview? I see on some of family related visa threads that they are on a 3 month delay, is there anybody who has got a date for the interview from the consulate in London ?

There is a huge backlog. I know people on Eb3 who were DQd since march 2021 yet to get interview dates. I dunno where they are at with interview dates right now. But everyone is remaining patient and hoping for the best.

Nothing here, DQ since December 2020.

What exactly is the reason London  embassy is not scheduling Eb3 visas. I don't understand it. They have obviously cleared the backlog for spouse and fiance visas what is keeping them from scheduling for Eb3s?

How can we infer that ?

Is there any logical reasoning to suggest which DQ dates will get what interview appointments ?

The details are here:

Looks like they are doing almost as many EB visas (per month) as pre-COVID at present. I would presume they are doing interviews for people DQ somewhere between March 2020 and December 2020 based on what most on the forum are saying. Hope that helps!

Congratulations! Did your case expedited or just normally proceed? Mine is EB1 DQ’ed at April 2021.

Thanks!

Hi Mike - are we able to stay in touch offline or via email to track how you are doing on your interview invite dates ? I am DQd in Aug 2021. From the above messages I see they are tracking at December 2020 right now. So will get na idea of my dates based on your dates.
