Hello guys!

CAN WE SHARE OUR TIMEFRAMES WITH LONDON EMBASSY(EB3) HERE PLEASE! Has anyone gotten interview date recently or from January 2021 even? Or anyone know someone who has? This wait is exasperating!!! Anyone with some news about how far London Embassy has gone with the backlogs? Please share to help keep our hopes alive! Thanks

They weren't processing any employment visas from basically April 2020 to May 2021 so there is about a 13 month backlog I'd say.

I see... well, if they have started working in full capacity then it shouldn't take too long hopefully.

I don't know about E-3s specifically but they've basically been operating at one third of their capacity with social distancing and travel restrictions and everything else since March 2020. Back to normal now

For spouse visas, they scheduled interviews for people waiting from December to April in a three week period this month. So they've cleared a three month backlog in a matter of weeks. I'd imagine they will do the same for all other visa types. Things are moving. All good news! I doubt it will be much longer.

Hi,

Thanks for your response. This right has given me a lot of hope. Hopefully things will begin to move faster from here.

I am hoping that since the UK Government has now removed all social distancing etc they will operate at full capacity now. They've also apparently cancelled a load of non-immigrant appointments in August and September so let's hope it's so they can try and address some of the backlog in the immigrant categories.

Hey Guys.

This feed has been super helpful and I'm also waiting on my EB3 Interview in London. I know they are proritizing K1 visa and family applications first but does anyone know the following:

- Are they processing any work visa and scheduling interviews?

- How does anyone know the London Embassy is back to full capacity?

wishing us all some good luck as this process has been horrible.

You can look at https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Statistics/Immigrant-Statistics/MonthlyIVIssuances/JUNE 2021 - IV Issuances by Post and Visa Class.pdf
They did a handful interviews in June for EB categories.

Hi

I am in EB1 category as well. I have become DQ in Aug 2021. Is it a correct understanding that now we have to wait for the embassy to give out a date for interview? I see on some of family related visa threads that they are on a 3 month delay, is there anybody who has got a date for the interview from the consulate in London ?
