Hello @pushbrk

sorry to bother you again.  All of my wife’s documents are submitted via NVC.  However everything I send to prove my domicile in the US has been rejected.  I’ve been living in South Korea for 10 1/2 years so it’s very difficult to prove my domicile.  Do you have any suggestions?  Thanks.  I’ve already submitted my bank account to them and passport scan.

What did you send?  What are your actual intentions?  Details, please.

Thanks for responding.  I sent an official document from my US bank showing banking activity/the address I will be moving to.  That was one of the options to use.  However it wasn’t enough to prove my domicile.   My intentions are to move back to the states with my wife when she gets her green card

It's often enough to just send a simple letter explaining the details of your intentions.

@pushbrk

it’s me bugging you again.  First I wanted to thank you for all your help. My wife got approved for her immigrate visa we are set to move to the States from South Korea this November.  Bad news:  I suddenly need to get a serious surgery done her in Korea.  Is there a way to postpone our departure or freeze our approval?  I did see on USCIS page that it said for natural disasters or illnesses.  But nothing on surgery.  Think it was form I-539

thanks again!

What is the expiration date on her visa?  USCIS is not involved at this  point.

November 23

And you are saying that YOU cannot enter the USA on or before that date?  If so, contact the Immigrant Visa unit about reissuing the visa.  This will likely require a new medical exam.  Another option is to make a quick trip in and out of the USA now, BEFORE the surgery.  That means both of you.
