My daughter lives with her father in England and I'm already in the USA with my children and we will be appling for the removing status condition thingy next year. However, I was wondering what I have to do to get my daughter here, are there any links for this?

First, my ex and I have never been married thank god, my daughter is nearly 13 years old. I would want her to live here because she has special needs, her life is being moved around so much and she's going to be very uncomfortable moving to another relationship he is involved. He left his wife for someone else and she is already 6 months and carrying his baby, has already has two daughters. so I think she deserves better here in one place with her brother and sister.
