I did now without the photo and it was still rejected for the second time. Please what should i do because this is delaying my DQ

 I am also FB1 from London but my chargeable area is Lagos. I Submitted the small attestation birth certificate that i got from my local government in Lagos and it was accepted by NVC as well as my Twin who is now in the State.

 I am DQed and i am waiting for my immigrant visa interview here in London.

Please go to your local government and ask for the small slip attestation birth certificate. I am 100% sure of that.
