my mum and kid bro uploaded same as mine and was accepted and they are both in the State as of this moment.

i don’t really know how or where i got it wrong.

uploaupload it again and leave a note saying g that's the birth certificate issued and accepted here...I had the same problem was advised to upload the document again and leave a note..they will accept it..DONT TAKE THE PICTURE OUT.

Jesus! I already did upload it without the picture..

please was your case of recent? and when you uploaded it the second time with the short note was it accepted?

yeah my case was recent and after uploading it again with a note...it was accepted few days later

Unfortunately, in Nigeria  if you were born before 1992 .you can obtain only the Attestatation. Fortunately for those born after 1992 . They get the certificate. You need  to submit  some good explanation to the NVC when you resubmit the attestation.

Hello! Goodafternoon. Regarding attestation of birth you talked about. I summited a copy because people said its only attestation of birth the nvc accepts. It was rejected. And i was born in 1995. So i don't know the corrcet one to upload. I'm so confused, please help

Nice to see someone else in the F1 category here. I myself am F1 adult son of a US Citizen. Priority Date is  September 2015 and I got DQ in October 2021. Final action dates moving so slowly tho...

My birth certificate was rejected for the second time, i don’t know what to do anymore, I’m very confused right now.

every other thing has been accepted except this, please someone that has gone through this should assist  me on what to do next.

Please which Birthday Certificate did you summit? Because up till now i haven’t been DQed yet because they keep rejecting my Birth Certificate. Please assist me
