Drivers license in NJ with no SSN?

Is it possible for someone with a pending 485 and 765 (received NOA1's) to go and get a license without a SSN in New Jersey?

if so, how?

Looks like it is highly recommended to go to Bakers Basin location. If they still request SSN then you will have wait for SSN to be assigned before applying for DL.
