About time. How about all the property owners, that have tenants hiding behind this law. They still have expenses and mortgages they have to pay 

I have been lucky my tenant hasn't done this. He just said he had to leave and left in the middle of his lease

Let's see... 11 million are behind on rent.  Using those two figures, that's almost $41 BILLION dollars that property owners are missing out on income due to this fake law.
