Hey everyone,

sorry if it's been asked but I am in a huge panic. My partner has been in the US for a few years now and we need to file their Adjustment of Status. Is this the !-485 form? That's all I find online but I want to make sure it's the correct form before completing it and sending it out. 

Is that the only form I file? We are married and they have their green card for a couple years now so we just need to finish up with the AOS.

I'm sorry, I'm a little confused. If your spouse is already a permanent resident with a green card why would they need to adjust status?

sorry to be confusing. 

we have been married for 2 years and they have a green card. so i think our next step is filing the removal of conditions? it would actually be the i-751?
