My CEAC status changed from refused to issued recently but I’m still confused as to what it means.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

What's confusing?  Issued literally means Issued.

YMMV

Didn’t you read the text underneath? Anyways how long will it take now, for me to have my passport in hand?

Each consulate is different,  somebody who recently transited Montreal would be best to answer

YMMV

Of course i did.  Do you know what administrative processing includes?  Obviously not.   It includes clerical activities such as putting together the envelope for delivery

Does anyone else have more info on that s please?

Do you also have an account on ustraveldocs? On the dashboard it says if your passport is still with them or already handed over to the carrier.

Don't know if you had to create an account there for your process but if you can check that.

Hey yea thanks, I got it sorted. I wish to thank everyone who responded to my inquiries now and in the passed. And I truly hope for everyone that’s been waiting to see their loved ones do so soon. ✌️
