I interviewed on beginning of this year in Seoul and my case has been in the adjudication process for almost 8months.

i took a cosmetic product value of 80USD(around) 5 yrs ago. Paid money back to owener at the time. I never went to court, i had investigation record which is, it remained non-prosecution disposition. Investigation record erased on July 27th 2021. 
i filed all the court documents that consular officer required me. 
I would like to know i can expedite this case(im pregnant, petitioner/husband was reassigned to U.S. 4 months ago, he is US army). 

or i would like to know i can wrap this case up myself, and filed of exceptional situation to US Embassy in Seoul.

There is no way to expedite AP/background checks, unfortunately.

 

They will not expedite for pregnancy.
