Hi everyone,

Is there any one who are on the same boat on us, received their NOA1 on early Dec 2020?

We haven't heard anything from the USCIS, any updates on your side?

We feel very frustrated on the possibility of it getting even longer for the next steps. 😢

Hi payxibka,

Yes, but it is outside normal processing times according to USCIS website, so that is why I am here to ask if anyone has the same timeline as mine.

No you are not outside normal processing.   It's close but the date published is late November.

Oh sorry, we saw the processing time yesterday which was December 16 and it was 5.5 to 7 months, now it changes to 6 to 8 months which makes it November 30.

Thank you, we hope so too. I am following your timeline now so we can also follow your updates. Our patience is tested. My fiance serves in US military and has been deployed for a year, which makes the situation is even more stressfull. I am doing my best to get info and tips so we can speed up the process and reunite soon.

Not anymore. They have changed the processing times.
