You can't see the actual letters anywhere online. The notifications are just to let you know something has happened with your case.

You will receive e notification for the steps NVC next (in anywhere from 8 months or more)

but unless they send an RFE you will not hear day to day or week to week or even month to month

you have to develope patience and wait

thinking you will know what is going on with the case all the time will drive you crazy

 

BTW  please create a timeline and country for you profile

it will help the VJ community as it appears you are not familiar with the process (as most of us weren't when we did this) and you will have a lot of quesitons

you can read embassy reviews in the portal to know what has happened with other cases
