Hello,

Firstly I was born on 25/02/2001 and I am living in Turkey.

My dad has moved to USA in March 2021 and He submitted I-130 form (F2A) for me on 13/07/2021.

I am kind a impatient about process and when I see, people get their visas after minimum 2 maximum 4 years after their application,I feel very bad. Also  I am so close to aging out to 21.

Please give me ideas for me to follow which way:

1- Wait the process (Please share you thoughts about how long it will take)

2- Find a language school near to my dad's city and apply for F1

And also I wonder do you think that my process would turn to F2B visa because of my age?

Looking forward to your valuable thoughts about my case!

What do you hope to achieve with this?  Aren't there language schools in your home country?  If you're intending to use the F1 visa to be able to enter the US then adjust status, that would be fraud.  Don't do it.  In any case, now that your dad has filed a petition to start the F2A process for you, it is unlikely that you'll be granted an F1 student visa due to your immigrant intent.

This is the best course. With COVID, the overall time is all over the place with backlogs at uscis, NVC and the embassy. Average of 2 year is a good estimate.

Possible, depends on when your i130 processing time, if f2A remain current or when it'll be current and you age at the time. You turning 21 doesn't necessarily mean it will be F2B.

Hello, first of all thank you for your reply!

Yes I thought about adjusting status but after your message I decided not to follow that way.
