Can someone enlighten me with this. My husband is the petitioner and his mom is our sponsor already send their w2s and tax return transcripts but again we received this email earlier. How come it was stated on the note the CO will make a decision regarding this requirement at the interview when Im not DQ yet.

What’s the best thing to do? Do we need to find another sponsor? Or send again another proof of income? Btw my mom in law has 50k+ annual earnings + she used her assets like house and cars as evidences.

Thank you
