I believe the PD is current for F2A category. Don't think it should matter.

It will be a matter from March 2023  visa bulletin , there will be slight changes, they are going to establish an f2a final action date. We will see when March 2023 visa bulletin will release, you can read in February 2023 visa bulletin in section D. It won't be current anymore for the rest of the year.

Nobody knows until March 2023 visa bulletin will release, if your priority date matches or older than the date in final action date chart A, for your category it won't affect you , if don't it will have the affect, we have to wait for our priority date becomes current. I heard from Internet it will be slight retrogression. Don't worry just wait for March visa bulletin. My DQ date is March 12, 2021 and PD is November 10, 2019, it might affect me more than you, your pd Date is earlier than me.
