But what we were following till now was March 2022 DQ. Don't understand how you haven't got your IL for June 2021.

I have a question can the applicant apply for visitor visa (non-immigrant) when waiting for IL for F2A?  Does any one have experience with it or any feedback

My husband consulted a few lawyers for the same but they advised not to try it as you ll not be granted non immigrant visa.  Though the present government proposed it in its new bill but the bill has been rejected Eagle Act if you want to know more about it
