A police report of your phone being stolen is irrelevant.  A medical record of your broken finger is also irrelevant if you do not have a police report indicating that the broken finger was caused by your wife assaulting you.  Again, USCIS will not care why you did not call the police.  If you have no police report or any evidence that your injury was caused by your wife, you have nothing to support your VAWA claim.

So it mean i can go with these police report what i have will it work ?

Why would USPS send an employee to India?

To model our exemplary postal system for a developing nation?  Oh wait.....

No, you are not.  You are out of luck with no path to immigrate to the US through this petitioner.

Will work for what?   You have no VAWA case.

1.  Accept the failed marriage.

2.  Seek a divorce.

3.  Move on with your life.

4.  Seek happiness for yourself.

5.  Find some other legal means to enter the US.  Immigration through this "marriage" is not possible without the cooperation of your "spouse".

she used to work for USPS as i remember

out of the US?  United postal workers deliver mail in the US    / USPS sends mail internationally to other countries but our workers are here in the US so her government work would not qualify as a foreign worker

OP   you must know your spouse well and all about her family and life to pass the basic interview to show real relationship

I am not trying to be mean but you know very little about her and the CR1 is for family reunification

OP the best advice i could give you is to ask your wife (or former wife) for a certified copy of divorce papers so you can continue with your life

u can find her address by just googling her name /  sites will give you former names ,  names of family members and new current name if she did remarry /its not that hard to find a USC

But even then - attitude is everything and yours is seriously lacking.
