You don't need to pay the fees when you file everything together. You can send everything in the same envelope ( application for AOS, EAD & AP separated inside ). Add a cover letter for each application and write in the ones for EAD and AP that you're filing these concurrently with the AOS.

Hey, thank you so much,  i have one more question, i live in dallas so  in the uscis website, for AOS and AP i have the same filing location ( Chicago) but for EAD i have different filing location (Dallas). I don’t should i send them together to the Chicago one or separate the EAD form and send it to the dallas location. And how will they know that i wanted to file all together.

No, you should send them all together to the Chicago lockbox, including EAD.  Do not send the I-765 separately to a different lockbox.

Thank you so much, and i am sorry if I’m annoying you,  ok one more question, ok so I’ll be send all together and what about filing fees?  I’ll be pay by personal check so how to send the check? In the same envelope with the AOS, EAD and AP? Or they have different location for the check?

No worries 😊  You must send the check in the same envelope as the I-485.  Put the check on top of the I-485 form.

If I’m filing form I-131 (travel document)  together with Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status, do i need to pay I-131 fees or not?  As long as i include I-485 fees receipt?

No the feds for 131 are not required.  You will submit all applications together and the fee for 485 will cover.
