USCIS says my receipt is invalid due to case type

I filed an I-130 on November 2020 (have an NOA1, even an online account that shows the receipt number).  Previously I've inquired about my case via chat using my receipt number and it has been fine.

I recently filed for a K-3/K-4 non-immigrant visa in the meantime (I know these don't always work but I didn't know that at the time), this is an I-129F form.  This was received on June 22 and I also got a notice of action.

I called USCIS for an expedite request today and she said I see your information for the I-130, but your receipt number is invalid, and therefore I can't process this request.  She was asking if the NVC has contacted me, which they have not.   I then gave her my I-129F (K-3) receipt number, to which she responded I see this one.  She then filed the expedite request for the K-3 visa, although I wanted it for the I-130, but she said she couldn't because the receipt number is invalid.

I then contacted the 'Emma' chat with a service rep, and she said your receipt number (for I-130) is invalid due to " the case type in the system and needs to be placed into another".  I then asked her, what does it mean if it's invalid, and she said "Simply information that has to do with our system!"

I am very confused, hoping someone can help me here.  I am worried about this 'invalid' case type.

-Why is my receipt number not appearing in their system?  What does it mean if it's invalid?

-Should I continue along for the Is an expedite for a K-3 even worth it?

If your case status is properly displayed on the USCIS site, then your petition is definitely viewable in the system.  The agent probably just made a mistake, so try calling again.

That's strange.  Is it possible that the USCIS agent misheard your receipt number and looked up the wrong one?  Have you tried entering your I-130 receipt number here -- https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Thanks for your reply, I also thought that maybe she misheard me.  I did repeat it twice and she said that the number is 'invalid', she sees my case but the receipt number itself is invalid...so she asked if I had heard from NVC.  Also when I contacted the Service Rep via Online Chat, I pasted the number exactly how it appears on my NOA1 and she gave me a similar response.    I might try and call again to figure it out.  For now it seems they will be sending me an expedite for my K-3/K-4 application.

It shows online like normal when I enter it myself in the case-status tool.  It is really odd.
