Hi!

Im creating my I-130 package for an CR-1 visa, I've got married in Guatemala on July 2. I am wondering if all documents from Guatemalan government should be apostilled and then translated before sending them.

Thanks for the info!!!

For immigration purposes,  no document is required to be apostilled.

As an aside, no original document is submitted with the  petition as evidence either.   Legible photocopies is what you submit.
