we are couple From Jordan
 husband and wife
we traveled to USA as  (Immigrant Visa Lottery)
in 2014

The Problem is
**************
i (the wife )
travel always to Jordan
and some time  i stay in Jordan more than 6 month
but now
from 2019
im physically lived in the U.S. for at least 2 years
 they said i can apply for naturalization
 but after another 3 years

The Question is

my husband is physically lived in the U.S
and he naturalization this year 2021

Can i Open New Case As Wife TO ( US CITIZEN ) ?
and if i can
should i stay another 3 years
or only 1 year (as i said i already lived 2 years)

and if i cant open new case
what the advise to speed naturalization process

Another 3 years, he has to be the US citizen for entire 3 years.

Best option is to apply under 5 years rule. You may be able to apply for it sooner depending upon your travel history. You don't need to be physically living in the US for entire 5 years. If you list your travel info from 2016, you will get good suggestion on when you can apply.

2015-08-17: I-130 approved

2015-09-23: NVC received file

2015-10-05: NVC assigned Case number, Invoice ID & Beneficiary ID

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received

2016-07-05: Received IV invoice, IV Fee Paid

2016-07-06: DS-260 Submitted

2016-07-07: AOS and IV Package mailed

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2016-08-08: Case Complete

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

2017-07-04: Visa in hand

2017-08-01: Entry to US

2016-05-16: N-400 NOA1

2016-05-26: Biometrics

2017-01-30: Interview

2017-03-02: Oath Ceremony
