Hello my good Vjers............Please i am kind of worried about what financial documents is required at the interview...Can anyone please tell me what documents is needed to show that an applicant is not likely to become a public charge in the US....Any information would be apprciated.

They took my i-134 and my 2006 tax returns. I had bank statements but they didn't want them.

What is needed is whatever the Consular officer asks for. It's best to have as much available as possible. They'll ask for what they want to see. When they see it, they may ask for more.

It's best to get out of the habit of asking about the minimum to get by. You do want to be reunited with your spouse, right?
