Hi

I am a Nurse (currently in London) awaiting an interview for an EB-3 visa at the London's Embassy.

I got DQ qualified on 23/3/21 and received an email from the NVC on 22/6/21 saying I am DQ, apologising for the delay and this:

The next communication you receive from NVC will be either a notice that your appointment is scheduled, or if an appointment is not scheduled within the next 60 days, we will send a message confirming that your case is still in line for an interview

Is this a standard message, or usually means that things are moving in the right direction?

Any other Nurses or professionals on the EB-3 visa have received any updates?

Thank you!

Hi Chris,

I think this is a standard message nvc sends if its taking too long for them to schedule an interview.  I know a couple of Nurses here in UK too awaiting interview date at the London embassy who have gotten these apology emails. Keep the faith though, hopefully some good news soon.
