How can i get to speak with a live agent?

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to talk to a live agent through Emma but its not successful, I'm always redirected to USCIS website. Can you please tell me the steps to talk to a live agent?

I think I typed “I’d like to speak with a representative”. Hope this works!

I always type "speak to a live agent". Then choose "technical difficulties" in the list of options. That works (there are some days that it doesn't, maybe weekends?).

Yep! Seems like it's unavailable today, maybe on the weekends there aren't any agents to chat with.
