How can i get to speak with a live agent?

I always type "speak to a live agent". Then choose "technical difficulties" in the list of options. That works (there are some days that it doesn't, maybe weekends?).

Yeah that's right. That has worked for me as well :)

Yep! Seems like it's unavailable today, maybe on the weekends there aren't any agents to chat with.
